License

When you purchase PrimeSaaS, you receive access to the codebase and a license to use that code in your projects. Please read the following to understand how the license applies to you.

1. PrimeSaaS retains ownership of the codebase but grants you the right to use it under the terms and conditions below.

2. The license is ongoing, non-exclusive, and worldwide. You may use the code to create end products.

3. You may use the codebase to create multiple end products for yourself or for clients. End products may be sold. Resellers and freelancers may purchase on behalf of clients and charge for their services.

What you are allowed to do

Create multiple end products from the codebase
Sell any number of end products built with the codebase
Use the codebase for public repositories under a fair-code license only with written permission from PrimeSaaS. In that case, modified code may be used by others but not for commercial use.

What you are not allowed to do

Create a product whose primary purpose is to sell or redistribute the codebase itself
Redistribute the codebase without written permission from PrimeSaaS
Share your license with other individuals or companies
